Meet Abdullahi Ahmed
Abdullahi Ahmed, a student at the
Marshall ABE, was a participant in the 1984 Olympics in Los Angeles representing
Somalia. He participated in the 42 kilometer Marathon completing it in 2
Hours and 15 minutes. He also has participated in many other marathon
events including the 1988 Los Angeles Marathon, and the World Cup Marathon in
Hiroshima, Japan. He shared his memorabilia with the students and staff at
the Marshall ABE. Below are some of the awards and memorabilia from his
events.
