Requirements
An applicant must be at
least age 19 and a resident of Minnesota. An age waiver is required for
persons under 19. Age waiver forms are available at your local ABE Center.
Applicant is not enrolled
or has not graduated from a high school in the United States
Proof of identification
must be presented prior to administration of the first test. Picture
identification in the form of a Minnesota driver’s license or Minnesota ID
card is required. An out-of-state driver’s license may be acceptable along
with an official document showing Minnesota residency. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Fees
The cost for the battery
of five (5) tests is $70.00. The examinee must pay the $70 (in cash,
correct change) before a test can be administered.
If it is necessary to
retake a test(s), the cost will be $12 per test. The fee (in cash, correct
change) is payable by the examinee before the test will be administered.
