We are very pleased to announce that we have selected two outstanding lobbyists to represent Literacy Minnesota. Sherry Munyon and Linda Sandvig bring more than 50 years of combined governmental affairs experience, with proven track records as lobbyists, to this position. Both have worked on statewide issues, and have experience in representing the interests of greater Minnesota, suburbs, and urban areas. They have worked closely on ABE issues for the past several legislative sessions, and have been very helpful in obtaining increased funding the past two years. 

The process for selecting Sherry and Linda was rigorous. We received quite a number of responses from lobbying firms to our RFP. We interviewed three firms. After careful consideration, all four members of the interview committee agreed that Sherry and Linda were the best choice. We look forward to working with them.
