Marshall Adult Education Hello ABE Colleagues:
As you may know, planning is underway for our spring and summer ABE regional and statewide professional development (PD) events. In order to develop PD activities that meet the needs of ABE staff in Minnesota, we need your input! I have worked with the Literacy MN Professional Issues Committee to create an online PD survey that will be used by the Committee, the Regional Professional Development Coordinators, and the Minnesota Department of Education ABE staff in planning PD events and activities for this year and the future. The results of the survey will be analyzed for the state as a whole and by region, and a summary will be posted on the Literacy Minnesota website. This user-friendly survey will probably take you about 15 minutes to complete, depending on the detail of your responses. Your input is crucial in planning for valuable and relevant professional development, and I urge you to take this opportunity to make your voice heard.
